I first contacted this group without ever had heard of them, as I was not really active in the real estate yet. I simply called a number from a sign, and at the time I had my eyes captured by the property and not paying much attention to the group or name on the sign. I was pleased with how responsive and ethical they were from that very first contact and once I got directed to Crystal Martinez, it only got better. Crystal was client-centered from the very beginning and focused in getting to know what we wanted and into finding it to us, rather than just trying to sell whatever she had available. She was always tuned to our needs and possibilities, always helpful; quick but never rushed; responsive but never pushy, and made us feel well taken care of. We greatly appreciate her knowledge about the market and of how transactions go, as those were uncharted waters to us and we needed guidance as how to proceed. She was also very nice and humble to deal with. Given how hot the market had suddenly become, her modesty and grace made her stand out in an ocean of realtors who seemed too important to care.
